This tiny medium format film box camera has been produced between 1939 and 1954 by Eastman Kodak Co. in Rochester (USA).
The bakelite body is made in two halves, held together by a sliding latch either side for film loading; the front panel carries the shutter, lens and film transport, the back box just the viewfinder and red window.

Defaults : the rotary shutter doesn't work  and a piece is broken in the lower edge of the case (photo 5a)
